When will I receive my item?
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping service!
When a purchase is made, no one likes to sit
around waiting for their item to arrive 2 weeks
later. In such cases we proceed in taking the
view of our customers perspective in
understanding how important receiving your item
on time is.
Shipping
We ship Worldwide via FedEx International
Priority. Although we are based in the
United States, most of our products are shipped
direct from our manufacturing site over seas and
most orders are processed with in 24 hours. Once
the order is processed, your product is sent
over for review and is on it's way. The
entire process for U.S. orders take
approximately 2-4 business days from the
time of your purchase to the time it is
received. Weekends are not included.
The entire process for international orders for
other countries take approximately 5-8 business
days and in some cases faster.
In rare occasions items can be back ordered or
out of stock when purchased, in which case you
will be notified with in 24 hours. In most
cases these minor issues can be resolved and we
offer complete freedom of choice on how you
would like to proceed. We can offer a
simple refund and/or we can send a similar item
of your chosing. We put forth our BEST
efforts in keeping our information database
update so we can minimize these minor issues.
In ALL scenarios we keep in contact with our
customers at all times. You do not have to
worry about long delays in responses to your
questions and/or concerns.
